| David D. Mains is Managing Trial Attorney of
Mains, Clark,
Arechaederra & Tijerina. Previously, Mr. Mains
served as Managing Trial Attorney for United Services Automobile
Association (USAA) in Los Angeles, responsible for all phases of
management of a busy civil litigation office. His leadership, emphasis
on training, and management capability maximized the effectiveness of
law offices with as many as 23 attorneys. In that capacity, he defended
more USAA military officers than any other attorney in California in
the history of USAA. His 24+ years of extensive Insurance Law and
Coverage experience includes more than 100 Criminal and Civil Trials.
He has extensive first and third party personal lines litigation
expertise which has been developed in more than 6,000 cases, 3,000
depositions, 500 arbitrations, mediations, and mandatory settlement
conferences.
